Co-Founder

About Me

Joshua Beaumont, Co-Founder of Everly Academy, brings a background in sales and business development alongside a long-standing passion for supporting young people. Prior to his career in sales, Joshua worked with pupils through sport, where he developed a strong understanding of the positive impact that encouragement, structure, and trusted relationships can have on a child’s confidence and wellbeing. Through his work alongside Co-Founder Josie Vujcic at Nelly’s Nest, supporting children with neurodivergence, Joshua witnessed first-hand the growing need for calm, specialised educational environments. Recognising the demand for settings that prioritise care, understanding, and individual support, he helped establish Everly Academy to create a place where young people feel seen, supported, and able to grow with confidence.

About Me

Driven by a passion for supporting children with hidden disabilities, including autism, ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, I have developed recognised expertise in SEND and inclusive practice. Through extensive specialist education experience, I now work beyond the classroom to support schools, colleges and organisations in building truly inclusive environments through impactful training, strategy and guidance. As the founder of Nelly’s Nest, I have created specialist resources, enrichment programmes and training that support neurodivergent learners on a wider scale. This experience shapes the vision for our school—where inclusivity is embedded at every level so children are understood, supported and empowered to thrive.
