At Everly East Academy, we work closely with Local Authorities to ensure every child is placed in the setting that best supports their needs. Admissions to Everly East Academy are managed through the Local Authority in line with national guidance for pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), and we are therefore unable to accept direct applications from parents or carers.

Children are referred to us by their Local Authority’s Special Educational Needs (SEN) Team following a careful and collaborative consultation process, in line with the Children and Families Act (2014) and the SEND Code of Practice (2015). This thoughtful approach helps ensure that each placement is the right fit, and that we are fully equipped to provide the support, care, and opportunities every child deserves.
